Young Money Entertainment aka Young Mula is an American Hip Hop Record Label which was founded in 2003 by Lil Wayne.

 

The distributing label is Universal Music Group and the label is an imprint of  Cash Money Records.  The president of Young Money is Mack Maine who took over from Cortez Bryant in 2009. 

 

Young Money Entertainment consist of the following artists:

 

Dwayne Michael Carter, better known by his stage name Lil Wayne is a rapper, rock star and R&B singer. He founded Young Money Ent and joined Cash Money Records as a young teenager. He was also part of the Hip Hop groups: “Hot Boys” and “Sqad Up”.

 

Aubrey Drake Graham, better known by his stage name Drake is a R&B singer, rapper and actor. He first became known for playing Jimmy Brooks in “Degrassi”, and signed with Young Money in 2009 for 2 million dollars.

 

Carl Lilly, better known by his stage name Gudda Gudda is a rapper from New Orleans. He used to be part of the Hip Hop group “Sqad Up” along with fellow Young Money members Lil Wayne and T-Streets.

 

Jarvis Mills, better known by his stage name Jae Millz is a rapper from Harlem in New York. He signed with Young Money Ent in 2008 and made his name from the mixtape circuit in 2000.

 

Rashad Ballard, better known by his stage name Lil Chuckee is a teenage rapper from New Orleans. He is currently the youngest member out of the Young Money crew and has appeared in plenty of music videos as a dancer.

 

Christopher Moore, better known by his stage name Lil Twist is a teenage rapper and singer from Dallas. He is currently in the ninth grade and he is part of the “Young Hot Boys” group along with Lil Chuckee and Lil Za.

 

Jermaine Preyan, better known by his stage name Mack Maine is the president of Young Money Ent. He has been friends with Lil Wayne from the age of 5 and he runs a distribution DVD company called Kush Entertainment.

 

Onika Maraj, better known by her stage name Nicki Minaj is a female rapper from Queens. She met up with Lil Wayne from appearing on the Dirty Money Records DVD titled “The Come Up” and was the first lady to sign with Young Money Entertainment.

 

Supreme Williams, better known by his stage name Short Dawg is the latest artist to sign with Young Money Entertainment. He is mainly known for his verse on Lil Wayne’s “Me And My Drank” record and his nickname is Elvis Freshley.

 

Shanell Woodgett, better known by her stage name Shanell aka SnL is a female R&B singer, songwriter and choreographer. She wrote and featured in Lil Wayne’s “Prom Queen” music video and has worked for other artists such as Jay-Z and Ne-Yo.

 

T-Streets is a rapper from New Orleans and has been down with Lil Wayne since day one. He used to be in the group “Sqad Up” along with Wayne, Kidd Kidd and Gudda Gudda, and was featured on Weezy’s single and music video “The Only Reason”.

 

Michael Stevenson, better known by his stage name Tyga is a rapper who signed to Young Money Ent in 2007. He is the cousin of Travis McCoy (Gym Class Heroes), and has released over eight mixtapes in his career so far.
